Booking is done online: choose your dates, select your residence, and confirm. Our team verifies availability and contacts you before arrival to arrange the shuttle and any special requests.
From studios to duplexes and penthouses, as well as villas with private pools. Every residence is fully equipped and includes access to the resort amenities.
The airport shuttle, fiber Wi-Fi, private parking, and access to the pool, fitness room, and padel courts are included. Pre-arrival grocery stocking, mid-stay housekeeping, and car rental are available on request.
Three nights in low season, seven nights in high season. Reduced rates apply from two weeks and for monthly stays.

More than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the stay is retained; 30 days or less before arrival, the full amount is due. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Adjustments may be possible depending on availability — please ask before your arrival.
Yes, transfers to and from Princess Juliana International Airport are included with every stay. Just send us your flight details after booking.
