The plan adapts to your availability and personal use. Some owners delegate everything to us; others keep control over part of the year.
Full Management
You handle nothing. We manage the rental, guest welcome, upkeep and financial tracking. You receive a monthly statement and your income.
Management with Personal Use
You block your own dates in the calendar ahead of time, and we rent out the rest of the year. Your home is made ready before each of your stays.
Maintenance Only
You manage your own rentals; we handle housekeeping, laundry and technical maintenance between stays.

Handling inquiries and bookings, pricing adjusted continuously to the season and demand, guest welcome, housekeeping between every stay, laundry and technical repairs. Our teams are on the island and reachable at any hour, in both French and English.
A detailed statement every month: bookings, occupancy rate, income collected, costs and work carried out on the property. Your income is paid to you directly, with nothing to do on your side.
